Delete your Mission Minded account

How to delete your account

In the app: Profile → Delete account. This is immediate and does not require contacting us.
By email: send a request from your account email to privacy@missionmindedapp.com and we will delete the account for you.

What deletion removes

Your profile (name, email, photo) and authentication record.
Your trip memberships and roster entries.
Your shared-location document.
Your device notification (FCM) tokens.

What survives deletion

Messages you sent are soft-deleted: they remain visible to your former trip team but are attributed to a removed member, no longer to your name or profile.
Organization audit records required for the organization's accountability are retained by the organization.

Location data never persists past a trip regardless of deletion — every position is permanently removed when the trip ends.
