Mission Minded terms of service

Mission Minded is a free trip-coordination app for church mission trips. By creating an account or accepting a trip invitation you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

Use the app only for coordinating trips you are invited to.
Don't post content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringes someone else's rights.
Don't attempt to access data belonging to other trips or organizations, probe or disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it.

Organization responsibility

Organizations (churches and their staff) invite and manage trip participants. The organization is responsible for the member data it enters, for having the right to invite its participants, and for obtaining any required consent — including for participants under the age of consent in their jurisdiction.

Your content

You keep ownership of the messages, photos, and documents you share. You grant Mission Minded the limited license needed to store and show that content to your trip team. Trip leaders and organization staff can moderate content within their organization.

Account termination

You can delete your account at any time (see account deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put other users at risk. Organizations can remove participants from their trips at any time.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It is a coordination aid — do not rely on it as a safety-critical or emergency system. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mission Minded is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
